Installation
Our installation concept includes eight – ten pairs of colourful, quirky and iconic glasses frames suspended from various locations around Wellington city. For the installation we wanted to create an attention grabbing and interactive way for people to get involved with the brand. Our pastel colour choices are easily seen from afar and the popular places around Wellington ensure that our installation will be seen and used. To encourage the public in looking in to Mr Foureyes we have come up with a competition for the public to participate in.The competition runs over one month and at the end of the month a winner is chosen.
This will help to build awareness around Mr Foureyes as well as growing the social media sites in followers

Packaging

We aimed to create a clean and sophisticated style in packaging to follow alongside the Mr Foureyes style guide. We designed the packaging to be simple and crisp. One part of the packaging includes a ‘How To’ set up guide for the installation and a competition guide as to how Mr Foureyes will run this.   The other includes the glasses to be hung and the material you will need.
We have presented three options that the installation can be attached to the locations with, this will determine the final size of the packaging.

Social media guide

We have created a social media guide for Mr Foureyes so that they are able to easily update and run their social media platforms. We have included in this booklet a way to better understand the ‘dos ‘ and ‘donts’ of running a business account. This will aid Mr Foureyes in posting fun and interesting content to their Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.

Issue:

A few issues Mr Foureyes has encountered include packaging of their glasses, undefined postage system, casual social media accounts, customer’s lack of awareness of company, atheistic and no system of figuring out what glasses customers should buy. Mr Foureyes’s sends out 5 pairs of glasses at a time to customers. The customer then choses what glasses they want to buy, they send the trial glasses back and receive the chosen pair after payment through postage. However there is no system in place for the customer to figure out what glasses to choose to
be sent to them.

Our group is aiming to focus on creating an installation to bring more social awareness to Mr Foureyes.
With this installation design, we want to communicate Mr Foureyes’ personality and have a simple, attention grabbing atheistic using bright colours and quirkly iconic glasses. Through the installations we will achieve awareness of their company.
